La Chouette artisanal ciders are 100% pure apple juice ciders (“sugarfree” ciders: there is only natural sugar included in apples) made from dedicated cider apples of French Organic Farming.
Our organic ciders are made from about 20 different apple varieties: all apples come from cider apple orchards located nearby the cider plant in Normandy.

La Chouette Châtaigne (Chestnut cider): Organoleptic profile
This chestnut cider is a dry organic cider (5.0% alc. Vol.) in which grilled chestnuts have been blended:

Elegant aromas with vanilla and roasted chestnuts notes.
Dry cider . Crisp and balanced with a slightly bitter finish.
Goes well with meat, burgers and gourmet salads!
La Chouette Bio: Organoleptic profile
La Chouette Bio is a semi-sweet organic cider (4.0% alc. Vol.) produced with cider apples from Normandy (“IGP Normandie”) with quite a fruity profile:

Shiny golden colour with copper tones. Fine head.
Fruity aromas with peach and apricot notes.
La bouche :
Semi sweet cider. Fruity flavour, slighty tart with a bitter finish.
When we enjoy it:
Drink it chilled with familly or friends during “apéritif” !
